Trip and Mission Statuses
In TEQ, various trip and mission statuses help you track the progress of your orders and understand exactly what stage each trip or driver is in. These statuses update automatically throughout the planning and execution process, ensuring you always have a real-time overview.
Order Statuses
When working in the Order Window, you’ll see several statuses that indicate where each order stands in the process:

📝 Draft | Offer has not been sent to any customer yet. |
📤 Sent to Customer | Offer has been sent and the customer has a set number of days to accept or decline. |
✅ Accepted by Customer | Customer has accepted the offer. |
❌ Lost | Customer has declined or canceled the offer. |
🚀 Active Order | Order has been accepted and is ready to be planned. |
🔁 Cancelled | Order was cancelled by the customer or due to internal unavailability. |
🏁 Completed | Order has been successfully finished. |
💡 Tip: Active Orders are ready to be scheduled and assigned in the Visual Planner or Planning View.
Trip Statuses
Each trip in TEQ has two tracking layers:
- Trip Status: The overall progress of the trip.
- Mission Status: The live, detailed stage of the journey.
Trip Status updates automatically as planners and drivers interact with the system.
| Trip Status | Description |
|---|---|
📅 Planning | Trip requires driver/vehicle assignment or driver notification. |
⏳ Pending | Driver has been notified but has not accepted or declined yet. |
🕐 Waiting | Driver has accepted and is ready to start according to schedule. |
🛣️ Running | Trip is currently in progress. Check Mission Status for live updates. |
🏁 Closed | Trip has been completed successfully. |
Mission Statuses
Mission Status provides step-by-step visibility into what the driver is doing in real time. These updates are automatically synced from the Ferdia Driver App.

|---|---|
▶️ Started | Driver has begun the trip and is on the way to pick up the customer. |
📍 Arrived to Customer | Driver has arrived at the pickup location. |
🧳 Picked Up Customer | Passenger boarding is complete; driver is en route to next destination. |
🏠 Stopped First Trip | Driver has arrived at the first destination (for return trips). |
🔁 Restarted Return Trip | Return leg has started; driver is on the way back. |
🗺 Reached at Destination | Driver has reached the final destination with customers. |
🚍 Back to Garage | Driver is returning the vehicle to the garage or next start location. |
🅿️ Reached at Garage | Vehicle has returned to the garage; trip is fully completed. |
💡 Tip: You can track mission statuses live from the Planning → Trip List or directly in the Trip Details window.
🛠 Troubleshooting
Trip not updating to “Running” or “Closed”
- Verify the driver has started or ended the trip in the Ferdia Driver App.
- Refresh the Trip List or check network connectivity.
Mission status stuck
- Ensure the driver has progressed through checkpoints in the app.
- Confirm the Ferdia Driver App is updated and synced.
Order status not changing to “Active”
- Confirm the quotation has been accepted by the customer.
Driver updates delayed
- Make sure the driver’s mobile device has a stable internet connection.
- Ask the driver to refresh the app to push updates.
