Trip and Mission status

In TEQ, we use various trip and mission statuses to help you easily distinguish between different trips and the status of the drivers assigned to them.

Order

When using the order window, you will encounter various statuses that indicate the progress of each order. 

• Draft: Offer has not been sent out to any customer yet.
• Sent to customer: Customer has received an offer and has a specified number of days to accept or decline.
• Accepted by customer: Customer has accepted the offer.
• Lost: Customer has declined the offer.
• Active order: Order is accepted and ready to be planned. 
• Cancelled: Order was cancelled, either due to customer request or internal unavailability.
• Completed: Order has been successfully completed

Trip

When planning a trip, you will come across two distinct statuses: Trip status and Mission status. Trip status indicates the overall planning progress, while mission status provides detailed tracking information. The statuses are updated automatically while the driver is using the Ferdia Driver app.

Trip status

• Planning: Trip requires assigning a driver and bus, or informing the driver about the upcoming trip.
• Pending: Driver has been notified but has not yet accepted or declined the request.
• Waiting: Driver has accepted the trip and is ready to start according to the planned schedule.
• Running: Trip is ongoing. Check mission status for updates.
• Closed: Trip completed.

Mission status

• Started: Trip has begun and on the way to the customer.
• Arrived to customer: Driver has arrived to the customer.
• Picked up customer: Driver has picked up the customer and is on the way to the next location.
• Stopped first trip: If this is a return trip, the driver has arrived at the destination.
• Restarted return trip: Driver is on the way back to the original destination.
• Reached at destination: Driver has reached the final destination with the customers.
• Back to garage: Driver will either return the bus to the garage or continue to a new start destination based on the schedule.
• Reached at garage: Bus has returned to the garage and the trip is now completed.
