To create a quotation, press the "New Quotation" button located on the top menu. This will open an offer format where you can fill in all the necessary details and select or create the customer.<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/d7c4303f-3990-4650-8264-5e11dd67c62c"></figure>Under the "Route" section, select the departure date and time, via points and arrival date and time. You can also choose the garage location, travel type and bus type, keeping the number of passengers in mind.<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/47275720-59cc-4d6e-97ca-3a7eb517281c"></figure>Fill in the prices and costs (if necessary) under the "Price" section, including any additional costs and tolls. Before moving on, double check that you have entered all the required information correctly.<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/48b4a6b9-5ada-4be3-ba27-1e39aa8e6c15"></figure>Next, add the necessary contact information under the "Info" section such as the point of contact, trip details and any other relevant comments.<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/ddd87042-ff81-4e00-91e9-afbbf36d9c20"></figure>Once everything is complete, click on the next step and proceed to the "summary" section. Here you can go over all the information before sending the quotation, or saving it as a draft if you prefer.Your customer will receive the offer by email and can choose to accept or decline it.<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/892888a3-4d47-48bf-9e92-bd2bc27a137d"></figure>

The Duty Planner allows you to easily create and assign tasks or activities to employees that are not part of their scheduled trips.<h3>Enable Duty Planner</h3>To enable this feature, you first need to activate the Duty Planner. Go to Settings - Company Settings and scroll to the Default section. Toggle on the Duty Planner feature here.<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/d881a21b-4374-4b1e-8bcc-7bb1ccffa46f"></figure>Next, ensure that the necessary userroles have access to the Duty Planner. To do this, go to Planning - Activity Type. Here you can view all the activities you have already created and also have the option to create new ones.<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/0c320593-5584-4f8b-ae50-17b78fa6b1fb"></figure>When creating a new activity, it is important to specify whether it is categorized as work or rest time, as well as whether it is an unpaid or paid activity. Additionally, be sure to include the minimum number of minutes for this activity.<figure class="image"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/ef736fcb-cd45-46b4-ad06-8f817f28e644"></figure><h3>Assign tasks</h3>Once activities have been created, you can then proceed to assign them to employees by going to Planning - Employee Duty Plan. Tasks can be assigned in bulk or individually. Additionally, you have the ability to view assigned trips and make any necessary adjustments to the day based on the planned trips.<img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/ea1b70b4-84e5-459a-9e6a-a40cfd943ea6"> You also have the option to view either one day at a time or an entire week for a better overview and adjustment of the work schedule.<h3>Ferdia Driver</h3>In Ferdia Driver, drivers can access their assigned tasks through the calendar. To begin using the integration, you first need to set it up to enable TEQ to communicate with Bookabus.com.<h3>Setting up in TEQ</h3>In TEQ, Go to Settings - Company Settings - Bookabus Integration. You will find 4 required fields for the integration to function properly:<ol><li>Bookabus API URL: This is the address that TEQ uses to communicate with your Bookabus.com account. Contact Ferdia customer support for the correct information.</li><li>Bookabus API Key: This key is used by TEQ to communicate with your Bookabus.com account. Contact Ferdia customer support for the correct information.</li><li>Bookabus API Secret: This secret is used by TEQ to communicate with your Bookabus.com account. Contact Ferdia customer support for the correct information.</li><li>Company Organization Number: Enter your organization number exactly as it is registered in your Bookabus.com account.</li></ol><figure class="image"><img src="https://lh7-qw.googleusercontent.com/docsz/AD_4nXcE_12s1FnrGmzlGGE6eZT9AmHBCo8frJYAXg60X8X7oHdDsR8zd622g5bY6qWGWtKFEEQlCvA0eQnrIiFlwhecyIxXLkmSkgI39w4EcYmBWZ8VGsZ32OjELHoNi-EvQwGO7Iqd?key=A6OI3zoRGSgmDD4hU4hzAX9D"></figure><h3>Setting the customer id to use in Bookabus.com</h3>All orders received from Bookabus.com will be connected the a single customer in TEQ, you can choose which customer this will be by adding the customer ID in the Bookabus.com admin interface. In TEQ, find the customer you want to use and open the customer-card. To activate this feature, go to Planning - Vehicles, select the vehicle, and click Edit. In the Bookabus.com tab, switch it to active. <h3>Setting up TruTac in TEQ</h3>To start using the integration, you'll need to set up TEQ to communicate with TruTac. First, ensure you have the proper rights by checking the User roles. If you're not an administrator, ask your admin to enable the TruTac feature. Navigate to Settings- Admin - User Role, choose the User Role that should have access to the TruTac integration (Users who can view and modify the integration), and click Edit. Once you're in the editing window, navigate to Features - Settings and activate the TruTac-related feature.<figure class="image image_resized" style="width:50%;"><img src="https://cdn-assets.productfruits.com/0be7a89b-14db-44ac-be3c-388e3eef70eb"></figure>&nbsp;When you have the correct user rights, go to Settings - Company Settings - TruTac Integration. There are 3 important fields that impact the integration:&nbsp;<ol><li>Is Active: This must be turned on for the integration to work.&nbsp;</li><li>TruTac API Token: This is the access-token/key that TEQ needs to authenticate with TruTac. Locate the specific user you need to generate an API token for. This user will be used by TEQ to connect to TruTac. Copy the token and then close the User details screen.To activate the TruTac integration in TEQ, go to Settings - Company Settings - TruTac integration. Your integration is now activated.<h3>Configure the vehicles</h3>In order to synchronize vehicle calendars between TEQ and TruTac, the integration relies on matching vehicles based on the Vehicle License plate.
