Templates

To update emails sent from TEQ to customers, go to Settings - Company - Billing Profile. Find the right profile and select the "Customize templates" link.

Here, you can edit templates for Global content, Emails, Pages, and PDFs. You can adjust colors to better match your brand, edit text, and change button text. Be sure to preview your changes before confirming them.

You can also upload a CSS file for additional customization of the external query form.
