Invite to BusBusiness

To invite your customers to use the BusBusiness portal, go to Sales - Customers in Teq and select the organization customer you wish to invite. (Please note that BusBusiness is not available for customers labeled private). Once you have chosen the customer, go to their customer card and click on the Contact Persons tab. From there, you can send an invitation to the individual within the company who will serve as the "super user" in BusBusiness.

The invited person will receive an email that they've been invited to BusBusiness and will then have the ability to invite additional users directly from the portal.

If the contact person is not already listed on the customer card, make sure to add a relevant person for future communication.

If you need to invite someone new or resend an invitation, you can do so easily.
