Managing Customer Requests and BusNetwork Requests

Managing Customer Requests and BusNetwork Requests in TEQ

TEQ allows you to manage both customer trip requests submitted through your public query form and requests shared by partners through BusNetwork. This provides a unified workflow for handling all incoming demand.

Customer Requests via Public Query Form

Your customers can request trips directly from your website using the Public Query Form, which is linked to your TEQ system.

How to access customer requests:

  1. Go to Sales → Requests.
  2. All submitted requests will appear in the list.

Available actions:

  • Deny the request
  • ✉️ Create a New Quotation

All information entered by the customer is automatically transferred into the new quotation, reducing manual entry and speeding up the process.

BusNetwork Requests

Companies using BusNetwork can also receive partner-shared trip requests, enabling smooth subcontracting and collaboration.

How to manage BusNetwork requests:

  1. Open the BusNetwork requests view.
  2. For each incoming mission, you can:
    • Accept
    • Decline
    • 🔎 View details

🛠 Troubleshooting

Request not appearing in Sales → Requests:

  • Check that your public query form uses the correct Department ID.
  • Refresh the page to load recent submissions.

Customer data missing when creating a quotation:

  • Ensure all mandatory fields on the query form were filled out.
  • Try reopening the quotation to sync updated data.

BusNetwork requests not showing:

  • Confirm that your user role has BusNetwork permissions enabled.
  • Make sure your company is active within the BusNetwork module.
  • Refresh the BusNetwork view to ensure updated data loads.

Unable to accept a BusNetwork request:

  • Verify driver or vehicle availability at the requested time.
  • Check for conflicts with existing planned trips.
  • Confirm that the request includes all required details (times, locations).
