Notifications
We send out various notifications to both employees and customers.
Emails
To access all emails send out from the system to the customer, go to Settings and click on Customize Templates. Here, you can view and modify various emails, pages, and PDFs that the customer may receive to better align with your brand.
You can preview any email or page before saving to ensure it appears as wanted.
Customer SMS
We send SMS notifications to the contact person to keep them informed about their trip, including details about the driver, any changes, or the bus's location.
- Driver information
- If the driver has changed, updated driver information.
- When trip has started and one the way to customer, with live map included.
- Customer Survey SMS after trip completion.
Driver SMS
We send drivers SMS notifications to keep them informed about the trip and any changes.
- Cancelled trip(s)
- Updated normal trip mission times
- Updated normal trip with bus availability mission times
- Updated fixed trip mission times
- Assigned one trip
- Assigned several trip
- Unassigned driver
- Notify driver when bus is changed
- Location changed
- Comment to driver changed
- PAX changed
- Generic SMS template info changed
