Deviations
By closely monitoring any deviations reported by your drivers, you can easily identify the reasons for delayed trips, invoice customers for damages, or allocate more time for future trips on specific routes.
To access the list of deviations recorded by your drivers, go to Quality - Deviations. You'll be able to view all registered deviations from this page. If you want to review a specific deviation in more detail and see additional information provided by your driver through their Ferdia Driver app, just click on that deviation.
To add a deviation manually as an admin, simply click the + New deviation button and complete the required form. Don't forget to select the relevant trip ID.
