Setting up BusNetwork
In order to access the BusNetwork module, it is important to ensure that you and your colleagues who work with network sharing have the appropriate rights and settings in TEQ. You can adjust these rights by going to Settings - Admin, and choose User Role. Once you have determined the appropriate User Role, add the Network Trip-settings to the role under Features.
BusNetwork offers various features for TEQ users. They can view the current contractors, customize their notification preferences, and even invite new subcontractors. To ensure optimal usage, remember to enable features in User Role settings. Choose Actions - Network Trip and select applicable features for the role.
Don't forget to set up your notification email by going to Planning - BusNetwork Partnere, and then select Notification Settings. Enter your email address so that you can stay up-to-date with important updates regarding outbound and inbound network trips. You'll also receive notifications for incoming invitations from other TEQ companies.
