Inviting subcontractors to Network
To include another company in the list of your subcontractors, simply navigate to Planning, BusNetwork Partners, and click on the "+ Add new subcontractor" button. Please be sure to include the organization number.
Please provide an email address to receive the invitation. Next, set specific price settings for your subcontractors. These settings will determine the suggested price when sharing a trip, which can be easily edited before sharing. Please choose which parameter will serve as the default price model. Finally, select the rate types.

Establish a deadline for subcontractors to file claims after finishing a trip. Determine whether subcontractors will have access to additional customer information for network trips. Include terms and conditions tailored to subcontractors.
