Absence Management
Drivers can log their absences directly into the Ferdia Driver app for reasons such as vacation, sickness, or training. Once an absence has been added, a manager will need to approve it in TEQ.
Visit the HR - Absence Management page to access a comprehensive list of all driver-absences. You can filter this list by driver, category, status, and date to find what you need quickly. To approve an absence, simply select it and click the edit button on the right-hand side of the page. This will open a new window where you can choose the appropriate status for the request. Once you have filled in all the necessary fields, click the update button to finalize your decision.
Please note that once a request has been updated, it cannot be modified further.
