Requests
Customers have the option to request a trip on your webpage using our public query form, which is linked directly to your company's TEQ instance.
All requests will be available under Sales - Requests. You have the option to either deny the request or begin the New Quotation process, based on availability.
Any information submitted by the customer in the public query form will be included in the new quotation.
BusNetwork Request
If you are using our Network feature, you can access all requests from your partners. From here, you can choose to accept or decline shared trips, or view more information about the mission.
