Quotations
All quotations are accessible for viewing, copying, and editing before they become an "Active order." To see a list of all quotations, go to Sales - Quotations. Various filters are available to help you easily find the right quotation.
If a quotation is labeled as "Draft," you can manually change the status to "lost" if you know that the customer has declined or cancelled the order. You'll need to provide a reason for why the quotation was lost.
You can can view a list of all your lost quotations, which are orders that customers did not accept or cancelled.
