Copy order or trip

Occasionally, a trip or order needs to be repeated but may not fall under the category of a "fixed trip." This could involve a returning customer with the same time and location requirements, or a situation where the bus is required to travel to the same destination multiple times in a day.

Copy order

To copy a full order, including all trips and customer details, go to the order window and click on the three dots next to the blue highlighted order number.

Here you have the option to either copy the order (quotation) or cancel it entirely. Specify the date of the copied order in the pop-up window and ensure to verify all trip times.

Copy trip

To copy a trip in an order, find the trip you want to duplicate within the order window. Then, click on the three dots located under the "action" column.

You can choose to copy, repeat, or cancel a trip here.

In the pop-up window, select the date for the copied trip and select the number of times you'd like the trip to be repeated (same time and date).

You can also decide to repeat a trip instead. Here you will need to specify start and end time and if you want it to be repeated daily or on specific week days.
