Customer satisfaction

After each successful trip, we will send an email to your customers requesting feedback on their overall experience with your company. In addition, the contact person who accompanied them on the trip will receive a text message survey focused specifically on the trip itself, the driver, and their onboard experience. 

To view customer ratings and satisfaction, go to the Quality - Customer Rating section. You'll find a summary of all ratings there. To begin, select a customer and determine the assessment period and click "Search" to view the results. You can choose to see an overall summary or specific feedback via email or SMS. Additionally, you can review important details from each feedback received.

Ensure the quality of your company's drivers matches its standards by easily accessing their rankings based on contact person surveys. Simply go to Quality - Driver Rating to view a detailed summary of your drivers' ratings.


With this module, you can easily analyze surveys and identify both strengths and weaknesses in your company. By identifying areas of high quality and areas that may need improvement, you can improve customer retention.
