Extra Driver Assignment
Assign extra drivers directly from Visual Planner, with supporting improvements to extra-driver trip handling.

Drivers can now be sorted and filtered by assigned garage.

Tooltip Delay
Pop-ups with trip details in Visual Planner now appear with a slight delay according to your preference. The delay can be set in seconds on the View Options of the Visual Planner. User settings will persist.

DST Validation Across Key Flows

Price ranges can now be edited directly in Vehicle Types.

Sales & Customer Portal


BusBusiness Cancellation Alerts
Alerts can now be triggered for cancellations successfully made from BusBusiness. This feature can be enabled under company settings. SMS notification can be sent to a defined number. Email notifications will be sent to the sales representative (if no sales rep; notification sent to general sales officer email), plus planning office email.

Improved Customer Access Handling Between TEQ and BusBusiness
Customer access in BusBusiness is now handled more reliably when customer records are deleted, revoked, or merged in TEQ. This includes support for revoking BusBusiness invitations and access when a customer is removed, as well as improved handling when customers with templates or Customer Portal access are merged.

Passenger Count for Fixed Trips in BusNetwork Driver app
For fixed trips, users are now prompted in BusNetwork Driver app to enter the passenger count when this is required on the trip. This is supported by backend updates for managing passenger count and syncing it with TEQ.

Waiting Time in Payroll Export
Payroll Excel exports now include Waiting Time.
